Transform Your Body in 8 Weeks

Led by elite personal trainers Joe Cottle and Corey Williams, you’ll experience a structured mix of weight training, resistance workouts, and nutrition support that delivers amazing results. Whether your goal is to improve your body shape, reduce body fat percentage, or increase energy levels, this is where it happens.

What You’ll Get with ElevateU: Transform

Two group training sessions each week that include a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and full-body workouts:


  • 1x Strength Session with Joe (heavy weights, controlled form, progressive overload)
  • 1x Conditioning Session with Corey (high-intensity, endurance-focused)


Expect hard graft, more reps, and steady progress every week as you push toward your transformation goals.


When & Where:


  • Tuesdays (19:00): Strength with Joe
  • Thursdays (19:00): Conditioning with Corey
  • Location: CommandoFit Bristol
  • Duration: 8 weeks

Build Muscle with 24/7 Access to Two Gyms

You’ll have 24/7 gym access to both CommandoFit Bristol and The Shed Gymnasium throughout the course, giving you the freedom to train how and when you want. Work on your legs, arms, shoulders, or abs, your programme will help you strengthen every part of your body.

Personalised Training Programme For Full Body Transformation

Alongside group sessions, you’ll receive our online training programme ElevateU All Access granting you access to 3 different programmes: Perform, Build, and Engine. 


This programme will be available for 12-weeks from your start date, covering the 8-weeks of the course, and 4-weeks after the course to keep you on track.


Expect a smart combination of weight training, supersets, and resistance exercises to build strength, improve form, and boost your metabolism.


Our coaches will guide you through recovery, rest, and nutrition strategies so you can eat well, train hard, and see visible results.

Fuel Your Progress: Complete Nutrition Support

Structured meal plans designed to support muscle growth and fat loss. You’ll get:


  • Daily guides and recipes
  • Weekly macro check-ins
  • Advice on protein, carbs, and extra calories for training days
